Send a message
Open the relevant design request, then use the Chat to send questions, additional information, or design instructions to your Order Partner.
For important work instructions, we'd recommend including them when you first submit the request whenever possible.
Check new messages
Click the inbox icon in the top-right corner of the screen to check new messages and request updates.
Check shared files
Open the relevant design request and select Files to view everything shared during the request process.

My Order Partner hasn't responded in a while. What should I do?
You're welcome to send a follow-up message directly through the request. If you need further assistance, please contact viahlink.com Support with your Design Request Number, and we'll be happy to help.
